This credit card is offered through AT&T and managed by Citibank. You can earn a handful of rewards having to do with AT&T by using it, but otherwise it is a fairly standard credit card.
How do I make an AT&T Universal Card payment online?
Before you can log in online to manage your AT&T Universal Card, you’re going to need to create your actual online access account over at Citibank registration page. After going through those forms, you can follow these instructions to get your bill paid online:
- Head to the AT&T Universal Card bill payment portal:universalcard.com
- Enter your user ID and password
- Click the “Sign On” button
- Go to Pay Bill
- Enter your payment amount
- Input your checking account details, including the bank routing number
- Submit the AT&T Universal Card payment

To set these up, you’re going to have to log in to the site as described above and, surprise, go to the recurring payments section and input your preferences.
AT&T Universal Card Payment Mailing Address
If you are looking to make a payment through the mail, you’re going to need to get a cashier’s check, personal check or money order made out to AT&T Universal Card and writer your account number on it. Then, mail it to one of these addresses, depending on how soon your payment is due:
