What can you tell me about the Chase UCard?
Chase UCard is an EBT distribution system that those who receive benefits in certain areas can opt in to. For the most part, the time saved by having money sent directly to a card is substantially more beneficial to those who need the cash when compared to waiting for a check to arrive in the mail. As far as I can tell, the Chase UCard is only for unemployment and other financial aids given by the state of Utah, which would make sense given the name of the card itself.
How do I activate my new Chase UCard?
For those of you who have recently received your Chase UCard in the mail, you can easily activate the card over the internet. To do so, go to the Chase UCard activation section and fill out all of the fields as requested by the website. Make sure to have your card available before going to that page as you will need to enter your card number before you can continue through the process.
Also, and I think this is very important, if you have already created an account with Chase UCard online but you lost your card and received a new one, you will have to activate it through this section.
How do I create an online account to log in to for my Chase UCard?
Actually, the Chase UCard online account creation process is exactly the same as the one that you would have used to activate your card as discussed before. That being the case, if you went through online activation, you should then have a user ID and password configured for the site to log in. If, for whatever reason, you can’t remember your login credentials for the site, you should give the Chase UCard customer service a call at (866) 330-6828.
